  • GoHighLevel — CRM and contact forms
  • Render and n8n — automation workflows
  • Google Cloud / Google Workspace — file storage and communication
  • Smartlead — email delivery
  • Google Analytics — website analytics

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Storage Outside of Canada

Some of our service providers store or process data on servers located in the United States. As a result, your personal information may be stored or processed outside of Canada and may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is held, including lawful access requests by courts, law enforcement, and government authorities in that jurisdiction. By using our website and services, you acknowledge this cross-border transfer and processing.

7. Sharing Information

Prylo does not sell or rent your information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers strictly for operational purposes, such as the providers listed in Section 5. All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

11. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information that creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and report to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required under PIPEDA. We maintain records of breaches in accordance with our legal obligations.

12. Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. In general:

  • Inquiry and contact-form data is retained for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a client relationship is established.
  • Client records are retained for the duration of our engagement and for 7 years afterward to meet contractual, tax, and legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
